OUR VISION

Phosphoris Green ideas

In order to spread the principles of the French bioclimatic engineering, PHOSPHORIS became HQE’s referent in France and abroad.

HQE High Environmental Quality, is a movement engaged in the sustainable building’s development, infrastructures and territories of people’s benefits, communities and factories. The HQE certification acts in the public interest to anticipate, innovate, improve knowledge and disseminate good practices.

Phosphoris is pleased to count among its staff a certified HQE™ referent recognized by Certivéa. This recognition attests to the know-how of the person designated below in terms of certification.

This recognition gives entitlement to benefits for clients of whom we support the certification.

Mr. Frédéric RONFORT has this recognition in our company for Sustainable Buildings (for France only).

Phosphoris offers a global solution, from the origin of the project to the operation of the building.

Its core business: consulting and implementing eco-responsible solutions. Its aim is to improve the living environment within the area of industrial field, local collectivities, factories, etc. by actively participating in the evolution of regulations.

The goal of the sustainable building’s certification HQE is to improve the building’s performance, to attest and to give a value of the sustainable performance reached. It takes into consideration the stakes of the sustainable development: environmental, societal, economic, digital, and responsible project management.

Its unrivaled performance approach allows real or simulated measurements of the sustainable performance of buildings to optimize the quality of life of the occupants: comfort, health, safety, accessibility, services, etc.

This is the best way to attest to the exemplary nature of a building or of an Urban planning operation, and to respond to the major challenges of the human approach to the sustainable city.

Phosphoris is also a BBCA (Low-carbon building) referent in France.

With the BBCA label, which came into force in March 2016, building owners can attest to a building’s exemplary carbon footprint. Its objective is to raise awareness of the urgency to reduce the carbon footprint of buildings and to value all the steps that contribute to the development of low-carbon buildings.

Phosphoris is pleased to count among its staff 2 certified BBCA referents. This recognition attests to the know-how of the persons designated below in terms of certification.

This recognition gives entitlement to benefits for clients of whom we support the label pilot BBCA 2016.

Ms Laetitia BUCHET et Mr. Vincent SCHENA own this recognition in our society (France only).
