The Habitat department applies its concepts to sustainable buildings such as Low Consumption Building, Passive Building and Positive Energy Building thanks to a bioclimatic architecture and efficient energy systems: Private or public collective residential, Individual houses, Holiday villages and leisure parks with Cottages, etc.
There are several ways of achieving these objectives: geographical orientation, building insulation, solar energy, etc.
The Leisure and Holiday Parc project (Center Parc Domaine de l’Ailette – France)

Creation of 800 cottages in this park in Normandie. For this project, we received the eco-efficiency prize awarded by the association ICO, ADEME, and GrDF.
