ECOCONSTRUCTION & RECONSTRUCTION

Building the Resilient cities of tomorrow

For the sustainable city, PHOSPHORIS offers eco-construction and reconstruction solutions with a global vision. It does this by anticipating the technical and spatial flexibility of buildings, by relying on the circular economy to promote low-carbon buildings and by driving the energy transition.

Our Labels and Certifications

In line with its engagement, PHOSPHORIS applies design technologies in its projects that go beyond the regulations, which allows it to be certified by some quality labels. As an international HQE referent, PHOSPHORIS relies on its expertise to support cities and territories in sustainable development and ecological certification. PHOSPHORIS works in concert with Cerway in the international development of the HQE (High Environmental Quality) brand and its certification process.

Sustainable Construction

PHOSPHORIS relies on the expertise of its partner LEICHT France in Wood Construction. This design and engineering office is involved in the design and planning of structures and facades in all materials (wood, steel, concrete, glass, membrane), both as a project manager and in execution. Since its creation in 2007, the company has carried out more than 700 projects in France and abroad.

LEICHT France

The “Balcons en forêt” project in Saint-Herblain, France, is a 47-unit housing complex, consisting of two 7 and 9 story buildings, built in wood structure with a concrete core, clad with wood facades, and offering large suspended balconies in co-design using the HOME method.  This project has received awards: Laureate Project and Grand Prix of the Jury of the PUCA ADIVBOIS national competition high rise buildings to live in wood. The Circular Economy

PHOSPHORIS also chooses eco-design in its projects thanks to different means:

  • Anti-waste by preferring the use of renewable resources;
  • The management of “green” building sites;
  • Resources diagnosis;
  • Connecting players in the circular economy.

The idea is to reduce the carbon footprint and save our resources. The diagnosis of resources allows us to identify the elements that can be reused or re-used. The reuse of resources is an economic solution and a way to increase their respective life spans.
