Renovation of the Admiral Bruix building using BIM
AXA REAL ESTATE has launched a heavy renovation operation of its offices at 15-25 Boulevard Admiral BRUIX in Paris 16th.
The building has 14 levels (3 in infrastructure and 11 in superstructure) on a total area of 17500 m².
The project will be certified : HQE Rénovation Excellent ; BREEAM Refurbishment Very Good ; Label Effinergie Rénovation ; WELL niveau Silver ; BIODIVERCITY niveau Performant.
Phosphoris is in charge for EDF Optimal Solutions of the upgrade of the technical file, the execution studies and the realization of the HVAC part, in the format of a digital model (BIM).
